The resulting fallacy
Unproofread notes
"The quality of your decisions and the quality of your results are not always related."
I came across an example of this resulting fallacy in the wild and couldn't help myself but to note this down. People, especially youngsters, are easily fooled into this and take harsh decisions that might not work in their favor.
There's also a book related to this, which seems like a good read. I am going to add this in my books' collection.
