Trying the Rex terminal by the Superlogical team

I got access to the new Rex terminal by the Superlogical team a week ago and have been regularly using and enjoying the terminal ever since. Even though it's in beta currently, it's still very polished and amazing to use.

Here's what my setup looks like:

My Rex terminal setup

I have been using Herdr for the last few months and was even using their new Herdr native app from day one. I wasn't ready to shift to Rex, but now I think I am. And some things I like about Rex so far are:

  1. Auto-adjusting terminal widths when opening/closing terminal panes.
  2. Top browser-like tabs, so easy to manage the 6-8 projects I normally work on.
  3. Polished UI and UX.
  4. The command panel cmd+shift+p that makes everything easier.
  5. Hovering on tabs show all open panes, as you see below.

I haven't mentioned all here, and I will write more on it as I use it more.
