After more than 2 weeks of holidays, I am back at the place from where I work. Yes, I do feel a bit lazy but super excited to start my typical routine.
Some things that I will be doing differently this time are:
- Go walking in the morning as well as in the evening time
- Do not take my phone to the toilet
- Eat healthy and self-cooked meals only
- Minimize any other kinds of distractions that I already know about
And I believe that’s good for now. I will be making changes and adapting to new habits as I discover and realize it’s good for me.
Today, I will be working on planning and strategy for my personal projects.
